For real estate agents

You sign in front of clients. Sign like it.

Listing agreements, disclosures, closing packets. Your signature is on the page beside your client’s, every time. It should look like the agent they chose.

Twenty original directions for your full name, in about a minute. Free to try; the kit is $19, if one of them is worth keeping.

Three directions the studio would draw for real estate agents

Confident · sharp · fully readable

Clear and quick, for the disclosures and the pages a client reads over your shoulder.

Commanding · flowing · signature-legible

The one for the yard sign, the postcard and the business card — your mark as a brand.

Understated · sharp · signature-legible

A closing-packet signature: forty pages, one hand, no slowing down.

Studio drawings of an example name, made by the same engine that draws the paid kit and chosen on the briefs that suit this moment. Yours are drawn on your own name — twenty of them — and you choose.

The moment

Why this is the time

A closing is a stack of pages and a client watching you sign them. An agent who hesitates over their own signature, or whose mark changes from page ten to page thirty, looks less sure than they are. A signature you can repeat at speed is a small, constant professionalism.

The same mark then does double duty. Agents already put their name on signs, cards and mailers; a designed signature is a wordmark you did not have to commission separately, and it matches the one on the contract.

The studio draws your full name, as it appears on your licence, in twenty directions. You keep three: typically one readable, one fast, one for the marketing.

The kit

What you keep

  • A readable signature for agreements and a fast one for packets, both the same hand.
  • SVG and transparent PNG, ready for signs, postcards, email and e-signing platforms.
  • The written report, so you know what each mark is doing and where to use it.
  • The lesson and practice sheets, for a signature that holds up at page forty.

How it works

Three steps, one question

  1. Type the full name. No brief, no style quiz. The name is the brief.
  2. See twenty directions, drawn in about a minute, from fully readable to signature-legible.
  3. Keep three. The files, the report and the lesson arrive straight after checkout.

Questions

Asked before buying

Can I use it on marketing materials?

Yes. The kit includes vector artwork, which is what a printer or a sign shop needs. The signature is yours to use on your own materials.

Does it work with DocuSign and Dotloop?

The transparent PNG is the format those tools accept for an uploaded signature image. Whether to upload an image or draw live is your call; the files support either.

Should my signature match my brokerage’s branding?

It should match you. A signature is personal, and a client signs with the agent, not the brokerage. The report helps you choose a direction that sits well beside your other materials.

How fast is it?

The twenty directions take about a minute to draw. The kit is delivered immediately after checkout.
